とりあえず退院してきたんですが、本当に太りました。
私は実は入院前に離煙パイプで禁煙したんです。いやーほんと禁煙しておいてよかったな～。
病院食は普通食、普段は３食食べないのに、３食食べることに。そして･･･やはり薬のせいでなんか太ってきましたね。
かといって、薬の副作用で、運動すると息切れがひどい。
どうすりゃいいのって感じです。今のお薬は３か月で終わるそうなので、そうすれば少しはましになるかな。
病気ってのは、やっかいなものですねー。
それにしても私は自営業でよかったなと思うときがこういうときです。
